Event Overview

This event is exclusively organized for the Santhosha community by Jee-Le, a local agent in India. Three types of programs are scheduled as follows:

Retreat Program:

● English course:

● Japanese course: 

Mar 14, 2026, 9:00 AM – Mar 17, 2026, 10:00 AM

Optional services:

● One day Trip: 

Mar 10, 2026, 5:00 AM – Mar 11, 2026, 10:00 AM

Mar 17, 2026, 5:00 AM - Mar 18, 2026, 10:00 AM

The event takes place in Rishikesh, India. The starting and ending points are in Rishikesh unless attendees purchase the optional airport bus service provided by Jee-Le.

Inclusions in Fees

The following are covered in the event fees:

Retreat Program:

●3 nights’ accommodation

    -English course: 

     March 7, 8, 9

    -Japanese Retreat course: 

     March 14, 15, 16

●Meals during the retreat

●Scheduled activities

●Disposal Amenities (Shampoo, Conditioner, Body soap, Toothbrush, Toothpaste, mosquito splay)

●Ashram items (2 bath towels, one plug changer) 

●Certificate from the Ashram

One day trip optional service:

●1 night accommodation: March 10 / March 17

●Meals during the stay

●One day trip activities

Exclusions from Fees

The following are NOT included in the event fees:

●International flights to and from India

●Domestic transportation to and from the meeting points

●Visa arrangements

●Insurance

●Additional shopping or personal expenses or donation

Optional Services

Available at additional cost:

●Airport pickup from Delhi Airport to the ashram and extra stay on arrival:

     -March 6, 2026, at 18:30 PM - around 2:00AM

     -March 13, 2026, at 18:30 PM - around 2:00AM

●Local Taxi arrangement between Dehradun Airport to the ashram

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable for any reason. Prospective attendees are advised to confirm their schedules before signing up.

Liability and Responsibility

●Jee-Le holds no responsibility for lost items, health issues, or damages incurred during the event.

●Attendees are strongly advised to arrange their own insurance for health, travel, and personal belongings.

Terms Acknowledgment

By booking or signing up for the event, attendees acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Jee-le reserves the right to adjust the schedule or event details if necessary.
