Event Overview

This event is exclusively organized for the Santhosha community by Jee-Le Co., Ltd. (Jee-Le) in India. Three types of programs are scheduled as follows:

Retreat Program:

● Santhosha Retreat: 

Mar 9, 2025, 9:00 AM – Mar 13, 2025, 10:00 AM

● Hajimete Retreat: 

Mar 15, 2025, 9:00 AM – Mar 19, 2025, 10:00 AM

Festival Program:

● Holi Celebration: 

Mar 13, 2025, 6:00 PM – Mar 14, 2025, 3:00 PM

The event takes place in Rishikesh, India. The starting and ending points are in Rishikesh unless attendees purchase the optional airport bus service provided by Jee-Le.

Inclusions in Fees

The following are covered in the event fees:

Retreat Program:

●4 nights’ accommodation

    -Only Santhosha course: 

     March 9, 10, 11, 12

    -Hajimete Retreat course: 

     March 15, 16, 17, 18

●Meals during the retreat

●Scheduled activities

●Amenities (Shampoo, Conditioner, Body soap, Toothbrush, Toothpaste)

●Certificate from the Ashram

●Japanese Translation for the philosophy class

Festival Program:

●2 nights’ accommodation: March 13, 14

●Meals during the stay

●Festival-related activities

Exclusions from Fees

The following are NOT included in the event fees:

●International flights to and from India

●Domestic transportation to and from the meeting points

●Visa arrangements

●Insurance

●Additional shopping or personal expenses

Optional Services

Available at additional cost:

●Upgrade to a private bedroom with a private bathroom

●Airport pickup from Delhi Airport to the ashram:

     -March 8, 2025, at 18:30 PM

     -March 12, 2025, at 18:30 PM

●Extra night’s stay (Subject to Ashram availability)

●Local Taxi arrangement between Dehradun Airport to the ashram

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable for any reason. Prospective attendees are advised to confirm their schedules before signing up.

Liability and Responsibility

●Jee-Le holds no responsibility for lost items, health issues, or damages incurred during the event.

●Attendees are strongly advised to arrange their own insurance for health, travel, and personal belongings.

Terms Acknowledgment

By booking or signing up for the event, attendees acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Jee-le reserves the right to adjust the schedule or event details if necessary.
