During the retreat, all activities are inclusive unless you are willing to go for your personal shopping or eating outside. 

Please be noted that Indian law does not allow us to bring Indian Rupees outside of India, so we recommend minimizing the amount of money exchange. If you need to draw the cash at ATM everywhere.

We recommend bringing;

- 2-3 yoga clothes (covering your skin)

- 2-3 T-shirts

- 1 long sleeve T-shirts or Sweat

- 1 light jacket

- Underwear and socks during your stay

- 2 towels (Big size + Small size)

- Slippers

- Sneakers

- hair dryer if you need

- skin care and make up if you need

- sun cream

- phone charger

We will provide 2 towels, shampoo, conditioners, body soap, one plug changer, bottle of water, toilet paper, Indian dress, mini-bag, pen and notebook.

Check-in for international flights at Indian airports opens 3 hours before departure, which may differ from standard international guidelines.

Our kitchen prepares meals not only for us but also for many monks, visitors, and staff at the same time, so we are unable to accommodate individual requests. Please choose from the limited selection available at each meal.

Yes, laundry service is available upon request for an additional charge. However, please note that only basic services are provided—dry cleaning and other specialized services are not available.
