Mar 9, 9:00 AM – Mar 13, 10:00 AM
This course is an ideal opportunity for those who have previously attended retreats in India or for intermediate to advanced yoga practitioners seeking a deeper experience beyond physical practice.
The program excludes all sightseeing activities, allowing us to focus entirely on traditional and profound practices.
A basic understanding of yoga philosophy is required.
Mar 15, 9:00 AM - Mar 19, 10:00 AM
This course is our regular retreat program, offering an immersive experience in the traditional yogic lifestyle.
It includes yogic meals, an introduction to the basics of yoga philosophy, and sightseeing in Rishikesh and the Himalayas.
It is an ideal course for first-time visitors to India or for those who have practiced yoga as a physical exercise for a long time but have yet to explore its spiritual aspects.
Mar 13 - 14
Experience the traditional Holi fire ceremony at the ashram on the evening of March 13th, accompanied by authentic Holi foods.
On the morning of March 14th, participate in the world-famous color powder play, which typically concludes around 2:00 PM, after lunch.
(This activity is entirely optional, and you are welcome to leave earlier if it suits your schedule.)

Upgrade your accommodation to a private bedroom with a private bathroom during the retreat program.
Please note that the living room is shared with other guests.
We offer airport pick-up from Delhi Airport to the ashram on March 8th and March 12th. ANA flights from Tokyo are scheduled to arrive in Delhi around 5:30 PM, and JAL flights are expected to arrive around 6:00 PM. Therefore, our meeting time at Delhi Airport will be approximately 6:30 PM on both days.
Please note that this is during peak traffic hours, so we anticipate arriving at the ashram between 1:00 AM and 2:00 AM. Accommodation for the arrival night is included in the fee.
