Participants will bathe in the pristine upper stream of the Ganges, experience simple ashram living, and join a special ceremony held exclusively for the Santhosha Community. Through local practices and high-quality yoga philosophy classes, you will explore the essence of yoga.

During your stay, you will enjoy nourishing and delicious sattvic meals at the ashram. A rich and meaningful program, bringing together learning and experience.

We offer airport pick-up from Delhi Airport to the ashram on March 6th and March 13th. ANA flights from Tokyo are scheduled to arrive in Delhi around 5:30 PM, and JAL flights are expected to arrive around 6:00 PM. Therefore, our meeting time at Delhi Airport will be approximately 6:30 PM on both days.

Please note that this is during peak traffic hours, so we anticipate arriving at the ashram between 1:00 AM and 2:00 AM. Accommodation for the arrival night is included in the fee.

A special review class for those who were unable to attend the previous yoga philosophy class.

This introductory class offers a broad and gentle overview of what yoga is and what it aims toward.

On the first day, you will skip the asana class and attend a special lecture in a separate classroom.

This class is to help you navigate the vast and profound world of yoga.

This optional trip offers a special day exploring the spiritual landscape of Rishikesh and the Himalayas.

We will watch the sunrise in the Himalayas, visit iconic yoga spots in Rishikesh, and explore ancient meditation caves that have been used for centuries, as well as a modern meditation ashram.

You will also join a practice session at a local yoga center, experiencing yoga as it is lived in the region.

Overnight accommodation is included on this day.
